Job Summary

Springfield Park.An established FMCG manufacturer is seeking a competent and detail-orientedInventory Controller Assistantwith a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Logistics Finance or similar field and 25 years experience in stock control or warehouse administration.

This role is ideal for a process-driven individual who thrives on accuracy strong controls and ensuring stock integrity across raw materials packaging and finished goods. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening inventory controls and improving overall stock accuracy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receiving and dispatch processes

Ensure accurate GRV processing and stock capturing

Reconcile daily stock movements

Assist with batch tracking and production reconciliation

Conduct and manage monthly stock counts

Investigate analyse and report on stock variances

Maintain strong administrative controls and reporting discipline

Minimum Requirements:

25 years experience in stock control / warehouse administration

Relevant tertiary qualification (Supply Chain Logistics Finance or similar)

Strong administrative and numerical ability

Highly detail-oriented and process-driven

Comfortable working on inventory systems and Excel

Assertive and confident enough to question discrepancies and follow through on investigations
