This role is ideal for a process-driven individual who thrives on accuracy strong controls and ensuring stock integrity across raw materials packaging and finished goods. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening inventory controls and improving overall stock accuracy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving and dispatch processes
- Ensure accurate GRV processing and stock capturing
- Reconcile daily stock movements
- Assist with batch tracking and production reconciliation
- Conduct and manage monthly stock counts
- Investigate analyse and report on stock variances
- Maintain strong administrative controls and reporting discipline
Minimum Requirements:
- 25 years experience in stock control / warehouse administration
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Supply Chain Logistics Finance or similar)
- Strong administrative and numerical ability
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working on inventory systems and Excel
- Assertive and confident enough to question discrepancies and follow through on investigations
