Our client is seeking an experienced Inventory & Stores Administrator to join the Coega Port Elizabeth team
Maintain accurate stock records on ERP or inventory management systems.
Perform daily weekly and monthly stock reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
Monitor stock levels and notify procurement of replenishment requirements.
Ensure FIFO principles are strictly applied.
Manage batch and expiry date tracking in line with FMCG requirements.
Capture Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and ensure supporting documentation is accurate
Process stock transfers adjustments and returns.
Maintain organised and compliant storage systems.
Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of stock.
Support cycle counts and full stock takes.
Prepare inventory reports including slow-moving obsolete and short-dated stock.
Generate variance and shrinkage reports.
Provide stock availability updates to relevant departments.
Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 35 years experience in inventory or stores administration
Experience within an FMCG environment
Proven experience working with high-volume stock and fast stock turnover
Experience using ERP systems preferably Syspro
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Valid drivers license and own transport essential
Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
Required Skills:
Grade 12 Minimum 35 years experience in inventory or stores administration Experience within an FMCG environment Proven experience working with high-volume stock and fast stock turnover Experience using ERP systems preferably Syspro Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Valid drivers license and own transport essential Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
