Case Mix/Required Procedures: CABG MV AV TAVR LAAC Maze Afib ablations; No general cases.

No. of Labs: 1 EP; 1 Structural Interventional

- No cardiac & liver transplants.

- No CRNA supervision.

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BC (Anesth & Echo Cardiography)

BLS ACLS

DEA

TEE experienced/certified

Cardiac Anesthesiologist Fellowship
