Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide psycho-social therapies counselling and case management for adult clients with mental health issues.
Partner primary care physicians in managing clients with mental health needs in the community.
Provide education training and support to the clients and their caregivers to equip and enable them to live well in the community.
Contribute towards improving the quality of practice and professional issues in the service group.
Implement services / programme interventions provide inputs on programme design and delivery to ensure that the delivery of services matches government and community priorities.
Liaise and work with organisations partners and volunteers to build an ecosystem of assets and resources to facilitate more effective work with clients and their caregivers.
Assist with report submissions research projects or other organisation projects as assigned by management.
Such other duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time
Qualifications
Masters degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field.
Preferably 2 years of healthcare/community care clinical experience; fresh candidates will also be considered.
Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Association for Counselling.
Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in additional languages (Mandarin Malay Tamil dialects) is a plus.
