Job title: As an IT Intern for the Dynamics 365 Program you will act as a pivotal project assistant and junior administrator supporting the delivery and optimization of commercial and service solutions through rigorous task tracking platform management and professional documentation.
The Greater Impact of This Role: This role bridges the gap between technical execution and business requirements ensuring that Philips digital transformation in the commercial and service domains is delivered with high quality and operational excellence ultimately enhancing the experience of both our internal users and external customers.
Detail Elements of the Team and Stakeholders: You will operate within a high-impact cross-functional environment collaborating closely with:
* Business Leaders: Partnering with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Key Business Users (KBUs) to translate business needs into functional reality.
* IT Strategy & Delivery: Aligning with IT Business Partners (ITBPs) and the IT Delivery Manager to ensure project milestones and governance standards are met.
* Technical Ecosystem: Working alongside the IT Operation Team and external Vendors to manage platform health user access and system configurations within the Dynamics 365/Power Platform landscape.
