Registered Nurse PRN (Night Shift 8:00 PM 8:30 AM)
Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Care Center this PRN role youll provide skilled nursing care to patients with life-limiting or complex illnesses supporting families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This position is PRN Day Shift (8:00 AM 8:30 PM) with flexible scheduling.

What Youll Do
Provide skilled nursing care assessments and individualized care plans for patients
Administer monitor and document medications and treatments following best practice guidelines
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team physicians and families to coordinate care and evaluate patient progress
Apply palliative care and end-of-life principles with compassion and professionalism
Supervise and support LPNs and Home Health Aides as needed
Promote patient safety and adhere to infection control and Care Center policies
Position Requirements
Active Florida RN license and CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; experience with terminally ill chronically ill or acute/post-acute care preferred
Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and care coordination skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting standing walking and bending
Flexibility to work at alternate facilities as needed
