Job Summary

Schedule: MondayFriday
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Edible Cookto join a high-volume production kitchen. This role focuses on preparing and producing edible products in a fast-paced regulated environment. The ideal candidate has prior kitchen experience and understands batch production processes recipe scaling and quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook edible products according to standardized recipes and SOPs
Accurately scale and measure ingredients for large batch production
Follow batch cooking procedures and production timelines
Support assembly-line style production when required
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor product consistency and quality control
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and workstations
Comply with all company safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a kitchen required
Experience in high-volume or production-based environments preferred
(Examples: batch cooking scaling recipes assembly line production)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Due to Industry requirements candidates must be 21 yrs or older
- Applicants must provide valid documentation verifying their authorization to work in the US
Certifications
Current Food Handler or Food Safety Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
