Were looking for a friendly reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join our lovely team. If you enjoy working with children and want a role that makes a real difference in their day this is the perfect opportunity!
What you will do:
supervise students during lunch in the dining hall and playground
encourage positive behaviour and uphold our school rules and values
support students helping to create a safe happy and welcoming environment
report any concerns or incidents to staff promptly.
Who we are looking for:
someone who enjoys working with young people and can be a positive role model
confident approachable and calm under pressure
great communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
previous school or supervisory experience (a bonus but not essential)
understanding of the importance of safeguarding and childrens wellbeing.
