A&CP Buyer Global Procurement (Color Cosmetics)

We are seeking an Buyer to join Cotys Global Procurement this role you will beresponsible for the Retail Categories and supporting the broader A&CP scope for our ColourCosmetics brands - Rimmel Max Factor CoverGirl Sally Hansen Bourjois and Miss Sporty.

You will help bring our instore activations and brand experiences to life while contributing tostrategic projects across the A&CP category (Permanent Merchandising TemporaryMerchandising GWPs and others).

This position is ideal for a hands on analytical data driven Procurement professional whoenjoys working across regions solving problems and driving tangible business impact.

Working with key stakeholders:

Central stakeholders across functions VM FINANCE

EMEA Americas and APAC Retail Procurement leadership

Other indirect global category leads

Reporting to Senior Manager Global Indirect Procurement Consumer Beauty yourresponsibilities will include:

Assist your manager with both Retail Categories and the wider A&CP scope for ColorCosmetics.

Value Contribution: Help identify cost-effective and sustainable solutions for yourcategories supporting faster-to-market execution and measurable business impact.

Supplier Support: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensurequality timely delivery and collaborative problem-solving.

Learning & Skill Development: Participate in knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiativeslearning about category strategy cost targets and ROI while developing your own

Procurement expertise

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Category Strategy: Help develop and carry out retail category plans acrossdifferent markets. Assist with research on suppliers pricing tariffs and local risks.

Contribute to Cost Savings:

-Look for ways to reduce costs and improve value within your category.

-Track and report on results.

-Assist with Supplier Management: Support relationships with suppliers to encourageinnovation strong performance and long-term partnerships.

Help with Sourcing & Contracts: Assist in preparing for supplier negotiations managingpurchase orders and maintaining contract documentation.

Analyze Market Data: Collect and summarize information about markets competitorsand industry trends to support decision-making.

WHAT YOULL BRING

Profile and education:

2 years of Procurement experience ideally in Indirect Procurement Retail materials orA&CP categories.

Highly datad riven analytical comfortable managing complex datasets and cost models.

Strong ownership and proactive approach with the ability to operate hands-on in afast-paced environment.

Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills;

Degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related field preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Collaborative team player able to work effectively with colleagues across regions andfunctions.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Good analytical ability and interest in developing category and market understanding.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint. Clear communicatorwith developing negotiation and influencing skills.

Demonstrates business curiosity professionalism and interpersonal savvy.

Interest in and understanding of the A&CP environment
