We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Customer Proposition Manager.

Job Duties:

Handle routine Proposition operation related to cross border new acqusition and portfolio management
take lead in WMC business includng routine operation regulator reporting collboraition with HASE and new policy facilitation & implementation.
Assite on local/cross border proposition design and implementation with collaboration of HASE and management of external partners.
Lead on cross border new initiative/project and acuqisition strategy to support onshore customer growth and referral business momentum
Internal co-work to ensure the achievement of referral target and increase of offshore customer quality
Co-work within the team to support customer privilege/event under the framework of cross border strategy

Job Requirements:

University degree in a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years relevant banking experience and project management experience is preferred
Good communication interpersonal and analytical skills
Cantonese speaking is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure
