Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
主要职责/Key Responsibilities
1. 日常运营管理
负责标准品配制工作的日常运行统筹团队任务分配确保操作合规高效
2. 计划与目标制定
负责制定部门年度工作计划与目标并推动落实定期评估执行效果
3. 绩效管理与团队发展
负责组织实施部门绩效考核定期与团队成员沟通目标达成情况指导绩效改进与职业发展
4. 标准品全流程管理
负责标准品的全流程管理包括国家标准物质的确认与使用工作标准品的标定与验证EQA样品的识别与管理
5. 预算与采购控制
负责配制所需主料辅料及设备的预算编制与成本控制审核采购需求的合理性与必要性
6. 跨部门沟通与培训管理
组织新员工岗位前培训协调部门内外部沟通事宜保障信息畅通与协作高效
7. 人员与行政事务管理
负责人员编制规划参与招聘考勤费用审核等日常事务管理营造良好的团队氛围
8. 其它任务
完成上级临时交办的任务
任职资格/Job Requirements
1. 资格证书/Certificate
无特殊要求
2. 外语技能/Foreign Language Skills
良好的英语阅读能力和熟练的口语交流能力
3. 计算机软件技能Software Skills
熟练运用 officeexclewordPPT 等办公软件
4. 工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background
2-5年的生物实验室经验
5. 教育背景/Education Background
本科及以上生物医药相关背景优先
6. 其它要求/Others
良好的组织管理能力较强的质量意识和清晰的数据分析能力
