Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Monitoring & Execution Monitor and ensure on-time pickup and delivery of shipments for managed transportation customers.
- Carrier Documentation & Invoicing Ensure timely receipt and processing of carrier documentation and invoices.
- Customer Support & Communication Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone including tracking tracing and resolving shipment issues.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Identify carrier performance concerns and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Cross-Functional Support Participate in cross-training and provide coverage for other Logistics Specialists to ensure seamless customer support.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced transportation/logistics office environment
- Frequent communication via phone and email
- Multi-tasking across shipments systems and customer requests
- Extended computer usage required
- Regular attendance is essential
- Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Qualifications :
Education
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a transportation logistics or customer service role
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong planning skills

Additional Information :
Pay/Benefits/Perks
- $22-23/hr
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
