Job Summary

Overview

The Program Manager leads crossfunctional initiatives that support the strategy delivery and continuous improvement of Cooks customerfacing capabilities with Salesforce serving as the central Business Hub. Partnering closely with a strategic Business Lead this role is jointly accountable for program success outcomes and value realizationensuring alignment across business objectives customer experience and operational execution.

As the primary driver of program planning governance and execution the Program Manager collaborates as part of the program leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. This role facilitates strong engagement across CRM Commercial Marketing Customer Support and IT teams. Success requires strong business acumen a customercentric mindset and a sense of urgency to deliver measurable business valuebalancing strategic intent with operational execution to enable datadriven solutions that enhance customer intimacy and business performance.

*This position will need to travel to BloomingtonIN at least 1x per month*

*This position is perferred to be Hybrid but a remote opportunity will potentially be considered*

Responsibilities

Provide a single point of contact for all aspects of the assigned programs and projects interacting as necessary with team members and stakeholders at all levels of management.
Work with key stakeholders in the divisions entities and functions to define full program scope and lead the operational planning for assigned the projects at a program level.
Establish meeting agendas facilitate team discussions and drive clear and timely team actions and decisions.
Multi-project coordination.
Pro-actively addresses barriers and risks to program progress keeping leadership informed of critical considerations.
Lead and facilitate team discussion and documentation of new information including pros cons and risks.
Ensure that program deliverables are achieved on or ahead of schedule within budget and with quality that meets or exceeds business needs.

Work with project teams and leadership to aggregate and synthesize program KPIs and organizational metrics.
Manages scheduled and ad-hoc program status reporting
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others
throughout various levels of the global organization
Expert in listening and understanding what motivates team members and stakeholders to establish and maintain engagement and support.
Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and
independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

Qualifications

Education:

B.S. Degree or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a
comparable background
A minimum of 5 years project management experience or leadership capacity handling multiple projects
Experience with managing and directing project team members towards a defined objective

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of software tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

The employee is occasionally required to stand for extended periods
The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop kneel or
crouch

Attends and leads various strategic and informational meetings
Works under general office environmental conditions
Requires close visual acuity when working with computers etc.
Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
Domestic and global travel as required
