Visual Merchandising Intern

YOUR MISSION 

We are recruiting a Visual Merchandising Intern to join our Parfums Christian Dior Singapore team. 

RETAIL STORES 

• Establish and maintain an image database of all boutiques and counters ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. 

• Assist with stores maintenance repair and cleaning services ensuring that all stores meet company standards for cleanliness and appearance. 

• Communicate & coordinate effectively with the relevant parties involved (such as contractors retail team store managers IT team etc) keeping them informed of maintenance schedules setup plans and any relevant updates. 

• Assist with setup and set down for permanent boutiques / counters / popup stores. 

ANIMATION EVENTS 

• Liaise with third party supplier/installer for material samples ensuring that all necessary materials are procured in a timely manner. 

• Follow up with production status to ensure material used and fabrication method are correct and aligned with the design intention. 

• Assist with setup and set down for events. 

• To do site survey when required new stores or counter or event venue. 

BUSINESS & ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT: 

• Fixtures inventory check in (contractors factory & storeroom) and file update. 

• Providing administrative support to the team. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE  

• Able to commit 6 months full time internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 

• Candidate should possess minimum a diploma or degree in Architectural Design / Product Design / Events Design / Industrial Design / Interior Design. 

• Proficient in Adobe Design Suite: Adobe CS Illustrator Photoshop/ AutoCAD and Sketchup and Microsoft office applications. 

• Able to work independently and as a team multi-task work fast and meet tight deadlines. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 

• Problem solver. 

• Highly self-motivated creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. 

• Must be creative and possess an eye for detail.
