Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure that supports multiple Global Payments platforms.
Perform system administration and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows environments.
Participate in incident response root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Carry out patching lifecycle management and routine maintenance tasks.
Execute changes upgrades and deployments with a focus on stability and compliance.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering to test and adopt new technologies.
Follow operational processes (Change Incident Problem and Service Management).
Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Contribute to documentation knowledge sharing operational handovers and process improvements.
