The Role
We are looking for a charismatic professional Bartender to join the team.
At Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa the bar isnt just a place to get a drink; its the heart of the guest experience. Whether youre making a signature cocktail for a resident or preparing a coffee for a regular you are the face of our hospitality.
What Youll Do
- Craft & Create: Prepare a wide range of drinksfrom cocktails and wine service to specialty coffeeswith precision and speed.
- Host: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the bar area pristine organized and fully stocked.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training and licensing training is kept up to date.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Bartending experience is essential preferably in a hotel or high-volume upscale environment.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of mixology spirits wine pairings and beer styles.
- Vibe: A positive can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
