As the International Growth Manager you will lead the charge in scaling Rise & Fall globally starting with a high-stakes US market launch. You will operate as a true launcher blending growth marketing execution with cross-functional problem-solving. This hands-on role involves building repeatable playbooks to transform this UK success story into a global luxury powerhouse.

What you will do:

• Execute the end-to-end US market entry plan defining the audience localizing the proposition and managing the channel rollout.

• Lead hands-on customer discovery through interviews and surveys to translate deep consumer insights into high-converting messaging.

• Build and scale multi-channel acquisition across paid creator/influencer and organic channels while optimizing the entire on-site customer journey.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in market expansion specifically launching D2C products into the US market from a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in growth marketing and ecommerce operations with the ability to navigate ad platforms and optimization software personally.

• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can balance high-level strategy with the grit required for daily execution.
