What Youll Do

Youll take full ownership of the Bar and Restaurant outlets delivering Breakfast Lunch Dinner and Bar service with consistency and flair. Youll lead from the front inspiring your team to create memorable guest experiences every single day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coaching developing and motivating team members through clear respectful and honest communication.
  • Managing HR processes effectively and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Controlling costs and budgets while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability.
  • Ensuring all food and beverage areas are clean well-maintained and beautifully presented.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote the hotels dining experience.
  • Driving quality standards setting clear expectations and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Creating a safe inclusive and engaging work environment for all team members.
  • Maintaining compliance with all legal licensing and health & safety regulations.
  • Duty Management Responsibilities as and when required.

What Were Looking For

Youll also have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong budgeting forecasting and financial acumen.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in handling employee relations issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and IT skills.
