Job Title: Founding Product Manager (AI-Native Products)

Job Description:
As the Founding PM you will translate market needs into agent-consumable specifications for an AI-native trading platform. Working directly with the ex-eToro Chief Architect youll define user journeys for traders affiliates and brokers. This is a unique opportunity to build a category-defining product from 0-to-1 in a $9.6T daily market.

What you will do:

Create structured textable product requirements and state machines specifically designed to be consumed by AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor.
Define and prioritize the MVP roadmap across three distinct user bases: retail traders marketing affiliates and global B2B brokerage firms.
Design complex AI agent interaction patterns for automated onboarding support decision trees and real-time attribution tracking systems.

The ideal candidate:

4-8 years of product management experience at early-stage startups with a proven track record of shipping successful 0-to-1 fintech or trading products.
Deep AI-native fluency including experience building with LLMs agents or chatbots where AI is the primary interface rather than a bolt-on feature.
Strong technical background capable of discussing microservices MCP protocols and APIs while producing documentation structured for agentic development.
