Job Summary
- Techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Service Experience).
- Analysis design and implementation of crossplatform features and integrated systems.
- Clear structuring and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders up to Clevel.
- Leading workshops assessing technical and functional requirements and guiding design and implementation.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and development teams.
- Contributing to internal initiatives such as mentoring recruitment business development marketing and presales.
Qualifications :
- Degree in (Business) Informatics Business Administration or a comparable field.
- 4 years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation.
- Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation with indepth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds.
- Fluent in business German and English with excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics Manufacturing or Retail & Consumer Goods.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP legacy systems etc.).
