Job Summary
- Lead Salesforce Core Cloud projects and ensure highquality delivery.
- Manage agile teams across all project phases.
- Drive resolution of complex issues and coordinate stakeholders up to Clevel.
- Proactively manage project risks issues timelines and budgets.
- Guide internal and external teams to successful delivery.
- Build longterm trusted client relationships.
- Support internal initiatives (mentoring recruiting presales etc.).
Qualifications :
- Degree in (Business) Informatics Business Administration or a comparable field.
- 4 years of experience in digital transformation projects with strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Strong interest and experience in project management delivery and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in business German and English with strong communication abilities.
