Junior Product Manager Mathematician

• Work closely with Product and Development Managers as well as platform teams to prioritize the backlog define and track key quality metrics ensure process adherence and align software dependencies across product areas; 

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sportradar Casino products; 

• Define product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements. It is important to balance out requirements with available resources;   

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations. More details equal less follow-ups; 

• Support sales team in responding to complex requests for proposals; 

• Work closely with Development teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the post-sales implementation environment;  

• Educate and advise clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work and how they can contribute to their business and operational objectives; 

• Connect and coordinate with additional Sportradar teams when deemed necessary for the customers long-term success; 

• Ensure productivity tools are correctly used and efficiency metrics are met. 

Qualifications :

• Some experience or a strong interest in project/product management ideally within complex software environments. Previous work or internships are a plus but not a must; 

• Ability to match clients business requirements with product capabilities; 

• Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members; 

• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (detail-oriented); 

• Comfortable with numbers - you dont necessarily need to be a mathematician but a solid grasp of basic mathematical concepts and logic is important especially when working with odds probabilities and product metrics; 

• Ability to collaborate with multiple groups toward accomplishing a task; 

• Enthusiastic self-starter with a charismatic personality; 

• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills; 

• Strong listening and question-based selling skills;  

• Experience in some of the following tools is a plus: (Issue Tracking Tools (e.g. Zendesk JIRA Service Now); Collaboration Tools (e.g. Confluence Trello Phabricator); Communication Tools (e.g. Slack MS Teams);
