Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior ERP Oracle Functional Consultant (E2E) with strong expertise in CPQ (Oracle CPQ Cloud / BigMachines) to lead process design and solution optimization initiatives in complex international environments.

Analyze business requirements identify process gaps and propose solution enhancements.
Lead cross-functional workshops and deep-dive process discussions.
Negotiate and define As-Is and To-Be processes.
Collaborate with and challenge external IT partners and internal development teams across multiple countries.
Translate complex requirements into simple scalable best-practice solutions.
Promote and enforce reference models to limit unnecessary system evolution.
Own and lead specific innovation topics (RPA Document Management UI/UX Mobile solutions etc.).
Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
Ensure strong collaboration across business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience (6 years) with Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines).
End-to-End (E2E) process ownership and transformation experience.
ERP exposure (Oracle and/or SAP).
Business analysis expertise.

Nice-to-Have Skills

knowledge.
Pricefx or equivalent pricing tools.
RPA exposure.
Document management solutions.
UI/UX or Mobile solution involvement.
Experience in Services Business Digital Customer Relationship or UNIFY transformations.
