About the job:

Main learning topics:

• Place fiduciary orders and support execution workflows.
• Maintain order overview reporting and online detection of potential problems / exceptions.
• Review and revise processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Prepare bond lists for Relationship Managers.
• Respond to emails and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics.
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• IT affinity and strong interest in tools/automation (process improvement mindset).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas pivot tables reporting; VBA/macros are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail structured working style and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
