Job Summary
Promote and help increase awareness of internally available customer insight resources
Speak with teams to understand what matters to them and how to link their priorities to customer insights
Work with customer related data and information drawing out clear actionable insights
Support customer understanding initiatives (surveys qualitative feedback sentiment analysis etc.)
Identify trends patterns and opportunities to improve the customer experience
Create insight summaries visualizations and recommendations for internal stakeholders
Contribute to the further development of customer satisfaction programs
Explore approaches for estimating customer lifetime value (CLV) and related KPIs
Support adhoc research and analysis requests
Qualifications :
Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding customers
Currently studying or recently graduated
A solid understanding of data analysis (Excel Power BI) and an interest in developing these skills further
Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions in a simple structured way
Ability to simplify information and focus on what matters most
A collaborative mindset and openness to working with different teams
Proactive organized and comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information
Enjoyment of exchanging ideas and exploring different perspectives
