Le Représentant de Service supervise les services sur site pour la division Poseidon à léchelle mondiale : installation mise en service démarrage et formation. Vous serez le contact principal avec les clients pour nos équipements de traitement deau (flottation à air dissous séparateurs huile/eau) dans les secteurs pétrolier gazier pâtes et papiers pétrochimique et agroalimentaire.
Responsabilités principales :
- Supervision dinstallation et assistance au démarrage sur site
- Études de traitabilité (essais en pot essais pilotes)
- Formation et soutien technique aux clients
- Optimisation et dépannage des équipements Poseidon.
The Field Service Representative oversees on-site services for the Poseidon division globally: installation commissioning startup and training. You will be the primary client contact for our water treatment equipment (dissolved air flotation oil/water separators) in the oil and gas pulp and paper petrochemical and food and beverage sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installation supervision and on-site startup assistance
- Treatability studies (jar tests pilot tests)
- Client training and technical support
- Optimization and troubleshooting of Poseidon equipment.

Exigences :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou diplôme en traitement de leau avec expérience pertinente
- 1 à 3 ans dexpérience en traitement de leau ou services sur le terrain
- Capacité de travailler à lintérieur/extérieur et soulever jusquà 25 lb
- Disponibilité pour voyages en Amérique du Nord et internationaux
- Bilingue (français et anglais) afin de communiquer avec nos clients et fournisseurs à lextérieur du Québec.
Atouts :
- Expérience en systèmes industriels et lecture de plans techniques
- Connaissances en instrumentation et contrôles
- Expérience dans les industries pétrolières gazières pâtes et papiers ou traitement deau.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in engineering or diploma in water treatment with relevant experience
- 1 to 3 years experience in water treatment or field services
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to travel in North America and internationally
- Bilingual (English and French) in order to communicate with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec.
Assets :
- Experience with industrial systems and reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of instrumentation and controls
- Experience in oil and gas pulp and paper or water treatment industries.
