Bartender No Tips| Full Time- Downtown Toronto

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at our Downtown Toronto location on a full-time this role you will be responsible for crafting quality beverages providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. This position offers a stable salaried compensation structure without reliance on tips allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding service and building meaningful customer relationships.

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails spirits beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of drink menus ingredients and mixology techniques to make informed recommendations
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
• Provide friendly attentive and professional service to all customers while maintaining a positive bar atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with all local alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices in Ontario
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including restocking supplies and equipment
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy resolving issues promptly
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service quality

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of Ontario alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• SMART Serve or equivalent certification
