What will your role be
We are looking for aMechanical Engineerto perform the following activities:
The candidate will work in team to complete the mechanical design of a new Electro Mechanical Medical Device interfacing directly with the Customer.
Work in cross-functional teams with New Product Introduction Industrial Design Electrical Engineering Testing Engineer
Work within the project team adopting time and cost effective solutions
Provide high quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests
Investigate new technologies and trends with close relationship with vendors
Participate in design reviews
Qualifications :
What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies
- Educational background within Mechanical Engineering MSc degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience developing Medical Devices or Combination Products on a detailed level.
- Knowledge for dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T is appreciated)
- CREO and/or SolidWorks
- Statistical Tolerance Analysis
- Design for Manufacturing e.g. parts for Injection Molding High Volume Manufacturing
- Design for Assembly
- Good Documentation and manufacturing Practice
- Design Control and Risk Management
- Design Verification V&V and Process Validation
- Measurement Strategy and Control Strategy for High Volume Production
- Prototyping and production of test samples

Languages:
- Italian (Fluent)
- English (fluent oral and written)
