Front Office All-Rounder
Job Summary
- Deliver exceptional personalised and engaging customer service in line with luxury standards
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes using Opera PMS.
- Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to guest queries in a positive and timely manner
- Liaise daily with departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth guest experiences
Qualifications :
- Passion for hospitality with energy enthusiasm and creativity
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience with Opera (preferred)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
