Job Summary
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy team at our Auckland Winery based in Glendene West Auckland. We have an exciting full time opportunity available on day shift - Thursday to Saturday 6am to 6pm.
What youll be doing
- Leading the shift team to create a positive and collaborative workplace
- Supervising warehouse operations to ensure high quality outcomes
- Assisting with team training development and performance reviews
- Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensuring accurate inventory management and site compliance
What youll bring
- Proven team leadership experience
- Experience supervising in a warehouse environment
- A current forklift licence
- Good understanding of ERP systems and RF scanning equipment and be familiar with the ongoing improvements in technology
- Clear fluent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style
- Physically fit energetic and self motivated
- MPI accreditation and a Class 2 or 4 drivers licence would be an advantage
