What You Will Do
As the goto technical expert for your region you will:
- Repair service and test Strykers electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Deliver preventive maintenance calibrations and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
- Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
- Manage your own schedule and regional travel with autonomy while meeting service commitments.
- Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
- Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability.
- Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training.
- Action recalls field safety notices and regulatorydriven field actions in collaboration with quality teams.
- Identify and escalate insights on product performance and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Medical Electronics Electrical Electronic Telecommunications Mechanical Software Medical Physics or a related technical field.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong handson technical capability and troubleshooting ability.
Preferred
- Experience in medical devices healthcare technology or trade experience.
- Excellent communication and customerfacing skills.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
