Job Summary

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12-month contract with potential to extend
Work Set Up: Hybrid set up (2 days per week in office)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to provide a top-quality design service creating visually impactful marketing literature advertising event collateral and customer communications including large-scale campaigns. This role sits within the internal creative agency and plays a key part in delivering high-quality visual content across print and digital formats bridging the gap between junior and senior design levels while supporting strategic creative direction and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What you will do:

Lead the creation of marketing collateral including brochures flyers social media graphics presentations advertising assets and campaign materials across print and digital formats.
Collaborate with junior and senior designers during kick-offs critiques and reviews to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all deliverables to guarantee visual consistency and excellence.
Organise and maintain design files templates and assets to ensure efficient team access and workflow.
Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns events and marketing communications.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas under guidance and independently where appropriate.
Produce layouts illustrations and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
Review designs for accuracy accessibility and compliance with technical specifications prior to delivery.
Provide constructive feedback on junior designer work when required and support their development.
Drive creative ideation by bringing fresh perspectives and innovative concepts to projects.

Qualifications :

Awareness of UX and experience design principles and understanding of how design impacts usability.
Strong visual design fundamentals with the ability to apply branding guidelines typography colour theory and layout principles consistently.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro and Acrobat DC.
Understanding of inclusive design practices and accessibility standards for digital content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and engage stakeholders.
Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Demonstrated curiosity and proactive approach to learning new tools techniques and design trends.
Understanding of financial services is advantageous.
Experience with Canva Figma and Ceros is advantageous.
Ability to create animated HTML5 banner adverts using Adobe Animate or similar software is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and strong passion for design and creativity.
