Job Summary
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid combination of academic background technical and behavioural skills as well as proven experience in quality assurance and test automation within IT project environments.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technologies and techniques related to software projects.
- At least 4 years of experience in quality-related activities (QA testing automation quality assurance).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban or similar).
- Experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders: users project managers business analysts technical and operational teams.
Academic Background
- University degree recognised as equivalent under the Bologna Process.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Ability to analyse business processes functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and plans.
- Knowledge and experience in defining and applying formal quality standards within IT environments.
- Strong command of functional performance security exploratory and automation testing techniques.
- Experience in designing test cases reusable automated scripts and preparing/manipulating data for test execution.
- Ability to use advanced technologies for test result analysis and continuous improvement of automation processes.
- Competence in producing technical and user documentation related to automated activities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (development operations infrastructure business).
- Good command of English (Independent User B2 level according to the Europass Language Passport).

- High level of autonomy proactivity and rapid self-learning capability.
