CSA Resident Engineer Data Center

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for all CSA-related works.
• Review design drawings shop drawings method statements and material submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors and project teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of CSA works.
• Monitor construction progress involving earthworks foundations structural frames architectural finishes and external works.
• Ensure all CSA works meet project specifications building codes local authority requirements and data center industry standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Identify track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Provide technical input on structural integrity architectural detailing material selection and buildability.
• Review change requests RFIs and design clarifications.
• Identify and mitigate design clashes construction risks and site issues.
• Ensure all works comply with Malaysian construction regulations safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Promote safe work practices in high-risk construction environments.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports site memos and photographic documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of site instructions inspections and design changes.
• Support the project team during audits inspections and handover activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in CSA supervision preferably in data centers industrial plants mission-critical facilities or large commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works architectural details and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings architectural plans and BIM models.
• Good understanding of local building codes MS standards and international best practices.
