Your Mission
We are looking for a Corporate Development & Strategy Senior Associate to join the Strategy and Corporate Development team at BlaBlaCar.
As Corporate Development & Strategy Senior Associate you will work directly with BlaBlaCars executives to support their strategic decision-making. This means you will impact the direction BlaBlaCar is taking for the years to come!
Your Responsibilities
Support C-level in the definition of BlaBlaCars strategy (e.g. preparation of long-term business plan market studies deep-dive analysis of specific business lines etc.)
Communicate the strategy to our Board of Directors and Investors (e.g. prepare Board decks ad hoc strategic updates on specific topics etc.)
Contribute to M&A sourcing and execution (whole acquisition process from target identification to due diligence)
Contribute to all funding-related projects (equity debt)
Lead ad-hoc cross functional analyses for our C-level (e.g. support Business and Product teams on ad hoc projects etc.)
In this role youll be at the center of everything strategic at BlaBlaCar with frequent work sessions with CFO CEO and other C-level
Your Qualifications
Degree in Engineering Business Economics with 5-8 years of professional experience in Strategy and Corporate Development (investment banking private equity financial advisory M&A department of corporates)
Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
Strong analytical and problem solving skills ability to think strategically and outside the box
Excellent modeling skills
Fluent in English
Experience in Tech and/or in a scale-up environment is a plusYou identify with BlaBlaCars values: humility collaboration and teamwork
