As a UX Designer at HOAi you will shape the future of the industry by designing intuitive AI-powered product experiences. You will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to production collaborating with cross-functional teams in Redwood City to solve complex problems with elegant scalable solutions that delight our customers.

What you will do:

Deliver high-fidelity mockups clickable prototypes and refined UI assets using Figma to raise the bar for product excellence.
Conduct user research discovery interviews and usability testing to ground every design decision in validated customer needs.
Partner with Engineering and Product to establish consistent design patterns and reduce friction in existing HOAi workflows.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 5 years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced SaaS environments with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
Demonstrates high proficiency in Figma component libraries and a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind.
Exhibits a growth mindset with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance both the design process and user outcomes.
