The Tool Technician I follows the SOP procedures outlined by Sika Automotive. Repair modify and maintain tools to conform to CAD tool layout drawings.
- Maintain current tools through cleaning and repairing
- Process proper documentation to order re-rule and replacement/additional tooling.
- Install new rule
- Labeling of tools to specifications
- Test new tools for conformity to CAD drawing & specifications
- Cleans work area tools and equipment
- Performs other duties as necessary
Qualifications :
- High school diploma
- 1 Year Manufacturing experience
- Mathematical skills basic quality knowledge basic computer skills basic print reading communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
