Product Sr Director

Senior product leader responsible for the strategy evolution and execution of the core components of a large scale payments platform Owns foundational capabilities that power transaction processing accounts rules and settlement ensuring the platform is scalable compliant and extensible across markets and use cases.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD or MD) PhD with 9 years of experience
• Experience with global payment platforms operating across multiple regions and regulatory regimes
• Background in card issuing acquiring or account to account payments at scale
• Prior experience with major platform transformations or core system replacements
• Deep Payments Domain Expertise
• Strong Technical Product Leadership
• Strategic and Execution Excellence
• Senior Level Stakeholder and Team Leadership

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
