What Youll Do
- Be the strategic partner agencies trust most
- Own and grow a portfolio of PR and communications agency relationshipsserving as a trusted advisor not just a vendor
- Build deep consultative partnerships that help agencies deliver stronger outcomes for their end-clients
- Lead proactive strategy conversations that uncover expansion opportunities strengthen retention and elevate client value
- Drive growth with purpose and precision
- Own the full sales cycle within your book of businessfrom prospecting and pipeline creation through close and expansion
- Identify commercial opportunities across Cisions full suite of solutions including PR Newswire media intelligence monitoring and social platforms
- Execute MEDDPICC-driven sales strategies to grow revenue mitigate risk and maximize long-term account value
- Operate with agency-level urgency and ownership
- Confidently engage senior-level decision makers and influencers inside agencies
- Run strategic business reviews and forward-looking planning sessions
- Maintain a disciplined healthy pipeline and consistently exceed performance targets
- Win as a team
- Partner closely with cross-functional collaborators across product marketing and client success

What Youll Bring
- You understand agencies. Their pace. Their pressure. Their ambition.
- 46 years of sales experience and/or PR agency experience
- A proven track record of hittingand exceedingrevenue targets
- Exceptional communication skillsequally strong in executive conversations and written strategy
- Experience in a SaaS subscription or recurring revenue model (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the PR communications or agency ecosystem (strongly preferred)

For Individuals based in New York Illinois Colorado Washington and California Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range is specific to these states however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors: Base - $50000/$40000 split for OTE of $90000
