Are you a skilled operator and looking for an exciting new opportunity We at Falcom part of GN are looking for two skilled operators to grow our Operations team in order to be able to scale our manufacturing in-house and to build up a solid knowledge base on how we manufacture so we can outsource easier and faster in the future.

The team you will be part of:

At FalCom part of GN in Ballerup Denmark we develop sophisticated hardware and software for low-power communication solutions in new products as well as optimizing existing technologies. By joining our Operations team for In-House Manufacturing you will be a part of a specialized team providing crucial support to our Operations team Engineering and Field sales teams.

You will join an engaged and knowledgeable team with great team spirit. We value sparring collaboration and openness to new ideas. As a team we work to ensure product performance meets the highest technical standards through collaboration across the team(s) with focus on teamwork acknowledgement of the individuals and their ideas humor and a readiness to view mistakes as learning opportunities.

You will join our team supporting various stakeholders in building low volume/ production cables and prototypes for our advanced hearing protection systems.

Your contribution is appreciated

The primary function of this position will be building production quality cables prototype cables and various interface electronics. You will also work with technicians and engineers ensuring our quality is up to scratch and consistent. You will mainly be making cables for our customers R&D and Sales department as well.

Primary tasks include but are not limited to:

• Preparation and soldering of cables
• Assembly of connectors
• Working with high-density connectors
• Soldering SMD components
• Soldering of through hole components
• Following creating and optimizing work instructions
• Working with heat shrink
• Working with epoxy and potting materials

To thrive well in the role we imagine that you:

• You have some years of experience within manufacturing soldering and assembly
• Certified to work with epoxy would be beneficial to the role but not necessary
• You understand spoken and written English
• Are meticulous and systematic in your approach to tasks.

• Are focused on delivering high quality over quantity
