Job Summary
Power Distribution Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of theHT/LT Panels Transformers DG Sets (Diesel Generators) and UPS systems to ensure zero downtime.
HVAC & Cleanroom Support: Manage the electrical components ofAir Handling Units (AHUs)chillersand cooling towers to maintain precise temperature and pressure differentials in production areas.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute the PM schedule for all utility equipmentincluding motor control centers (MCC)VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)and steam boilers.
Energy Monitoring & Audit: Track daily energy consumptionpower factorand fuel energy-saving projects ( transitionsVFD optimization) to reduce operational costs.
Breakdown Analysis: Lead the troubleshooting of electrical failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure that repairs are documented in compliance withcGMP standards.
Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with external agencies for mandatory inspectionssuch asCEIG (Electrical Inspectorate) boiler inspections and fire safety audits.
