Amazon Web Services is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive AWS AI Tech Leadership in Greater China and Hong Kong (CMHK). This role is the key driver to establish AWS as the definitive AI technology leader in the region not just through messaging but through flagship events customer success stories and high-impact programs that shift market perception and accelerate AI adoption.
Key job responsibilities
- Own AWS AI Tech Leadership positioning and activation in CMHKl. Drive market perception through events and cases. Bridge global AI product strategy with local execution.
- Design and execute AWS AI Tech Leadership programs in CMHK with a focus on flagship events executive engagements and customer case studies that demonstrate AWSs differentiated AI capabilities
- Lead the development and delivery of AI-focused go-to-market programs translating global AI narratives (Bedrock Agentic AI etc.) into locally relevant stories that resonate with enterprise startup and ISV audiences
- Build and manage a pipeline of reference-grade AI customer cases across key segments (Top Startups Top ISVs Industry transformation leaders) targeting 12 flagship cases per segment per year
- Drive thought leadership through major industry events AWS-owned events and partner co-marketing programs to strengthen AWSs AI leadership perception against local competitors
- Work closely with SSO SA BD PR and global PMM teams to ensure consistent AI messaging and maximize content reuse across channels
- Develop evangelism content including demos whitepapers event keynotes and online videos that builds AI awareness and drives adoption of core AWS AI services
- Track and report on AI perception metrics and program effectiveness to inform strategy and demonstrate business impact
A day in the life
You will spend your time working across three core motions: building the AI case library with BD and customer teams designing and executing flagship event programs and partnering with IDP and global PMM to localize and amplify AI content. You will be the connective tissue between product field and marketing ensuring AWSs AI story lands with the right audiences at the right moments.

- Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development marketing operations product development legal etc.
- 8 years of experience in product marketing technical marketing or related roles in the ICT/cloud industry
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and the competitive AI landscape in China (Alibaba Cloud Volcano Engine etc.)
- Proven track record in building customer case studies and executing flagship event programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Passion for AI and conviction that cloud-native AI is the future of enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of the China Go Global AI competitive landscape including local player and global players in China and key AI application trends in priority verticals
- Experience working with global product and marketing teams to localize content and campaigns for the China market balancing global consistency with local relevance
