Job Description:
This position presents an exciting opportunity to begin a career in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) especially for individuals interested in hardware design who possess a strong software background. The CAD group at Microchip is responsible for supporting technologies used in company product development and is committed to providing innovative solutions to the design community. The successful candidate will participate in various aspects of the development flow with a particular emphasis on developing and supporting the CAD Information System. Responsibilities include assisting in the design and development of JAVA Spring Boot microservices that facilitate IP packaging and System-on-Chip (SoC) design flows as well as creating web interfaces or client automation scripts for end users.
