About the position
The Projects and Grants Development Specialist plays a key role in strengthening OTARCs research impact by leading the development of high-quality and competitive grant and tender submissions. Working closely with academic and professional staff across the Centre and in partnership with the Universitys Research Office the role supports the identification and advancement of funding opportunities that align with the Centres strategic priorities ensuring compliance with both funder and University requirements.
The position provides practical end-to-end support to enhance funding competitiveness and project readiness and establishes and maintains effective systems and processes to oversee and track the Centres grants pipeline.
This position will suit someone with strong grant writing experience who thrives on strategic coordination values collaboration across diverse teams and is motivated by research that creates meaningful impact for Autistic people their families and their communities.
