About theposition
We are looking for a highly organized proactive anddetail orientedMarketing & Sales Administratorto support our commercial and marketing teams acrossBelgiumFranceand Luxembourg. In this multifunctional role you will ensure smooth operational executionaccuratecustomer and vendor administration and effective coordination of promotional activities events and digital communication.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys cross-functional collaboration and takes ownership of both recurring processes andad hocrequests.
Whatyouwilldo:
- Sales administration:Support customer-facing teams by answering basic product questions managing data insystemsetc.
- Marketing administration: keeping product data up to date managingwebsite planning activations atcustomersetc.
- Trade fairs: E2E coordination of trade fairs
So what does it take to be successful in the role
- Bachelors degreeor equivalent through experience
- Self driven with a strong learning mindset and ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken) English is a plus
- Commercial acumen
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willingness to travel (max 2 days a month)
