Position Overview

We are seeking two senior-level Software Developer 3 professionals to perform advanced application development work supporting enterprise systems for a high-visibility state agency environment. This onsite role in Austin TX requires deep expertise in C# and secure web applications including hands-on experience 8.0 or higher.

The selected candidates will be responsible for full software development lifecycle execution including analysis design coding testing documentation and implementation. This position requires a strong foundation in secure web development structured database programming and enterprise application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan analyze schedule coordinate and implement advanced programming projects
• Design develop test document and deploy secure web applications
• Develop and maintain applications using C# 8.0
• Build and maintain SQL or PL/SQL database structures and queries
• Ensure compliance with security best practices for public web systems
• Maintain software version control and structured release management processes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Provide technical guidance and production support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:

• 8 years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL
• 8 years of software version control experience
• 8 years of experience developing and maintaining public websites
• 8 years of experience with C# and including a minimum of 2 years 8.0 or higher
• 8 years of experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript
• 8 years of experience developing system documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining Python batch scripts
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX and reporting solutions
• Experience integrating applications with Google and Apple authentication systems
• Experience LINQ
• Experience developing Java applications
• Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
• Knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications
