Responsibilities
Effectively review and process HR service requests and transactions related to one or more HR specialties with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures. Accountable for adhering to service standards/metrics for all offerings and ensuring all service standards are met. The position will provide information as well as navigate the organization and vendors on behalf of Northside Hospital employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalent education (GED) post-secondary education .
- Two (2) years of Human Resources OR customer service-related experience.
- General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and Healthcare compliance.
- Strong computer skills including spreadsheet and database usage Excel and Microsoft Word.
PREFERRED
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years of HR Shared Services experience representing HR/Health insurance industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings &/or weekends.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer services skills and attitude.
- Ability to work with many different people with different personalities.
- Strong multi-tasking ability and ability to work through ambiguity.
