As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Cameron Park you willuse your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation.You will work in collaboration with your centreleadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centres local community.

In this role you will:

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Directors absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Youll need:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Hold a currentNSWWorking with Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
Experience with leading and managing change within education health or community services
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
