Prosthetic Urology Clinical Specialist

About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic clinically skilled and collaborative professional to join our Urology division as a Prosthetic Urology Clinical this pivotal role youll partner closely with Territory Managers to provide expert clinical support for prosthetic urology procedures across Operating Rooms and Physician Clinics. Your work will directly influence patient outcomes and foster trusted relationships with key healthcare providers. This role plays a vital part in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey offering compassionate guidance education and hands-on expertise to ensure a seamless and informed experience from consultation to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to clinical expert for case support troubleshooting and advanced product guidance
  • Provide in-procedure consultation to physicians offering insights on technique and product performance
  • Deliver engaging educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams and potential patients.
  • Address customer concerns with creative solution-oriented thinking collaborating cross-functionally when needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedural device usage and clinical data
  • Champion Boston Scientifics Quality Policy embedding excellence and compliance into every aspect of your work
  • Serve as a trusted patient liaison guiding potential patients through their entire journeyfrom initial consultation and education to post-procedure supportensuring clarity comfort and confidence at every step

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma though bachelors degree highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs
  • Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs clinics)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or Nursing degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting
  • Background in direct patient care (e.g. RN medical assistant therapist technician)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence
  • Adaptable and resilientable to pivot priorities in a fast-paced evolving landscape
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and anticipating future needs

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $85000 to $105000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC which can be reviewed at . Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications and other relevant business or organizational needs.
