Appraiser

• Complete an on parcel field review of property data via available resources to assure the quality of existing data and the uniform treatment of properties within similar neighborhoods of the project.
• Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of valuation parameters and valuation modeling for each project as assigned.
• Interact professionally and tactfully with taxpayers during the informal hearing process completing hearing forms and investigating discrepancies or inaccuracies reported by the taxpayer.
• Maintain positive relations with the clients the general public and company personnel.

• High school Diploma
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn with on job training.
• Mass appraisal or fee appraisal experience a plus.
• Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee a plus.
